Just as a small child takes comfort in feeling the firm grip of a parent’s hand wrapped around their tiny palm, we, too, can experience that same kind of assurance that our Heavenly Father.
Life can be cruel and unusual at times. Without warning, storms of varying degrees can swell up and take us by surprise. And there we are, searching for a life raft, a sturdy pole, a place to take shelter.
GOD, being Who He is, sees all that we are living in and promises to never let go. In fact, Friend, He says He’ll remain with us as we go through those stormy days and nights. You may be unsure of this promise.
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5 ESV
Do you have this reassurance that you’re not alone? Are you fearful that if you release your hold on somethings that you’ll drown in the raging seas of chaos? Have you asked GOD to help you change things?
I remind myself daily to live life with few regrets. And it is from this decision that I aim to make the best choices moving forward. One of those best choices is to trust GOD for everything. It’s not some magical fairytale or fantasy thinking. GOD is in the business of concrete tangible changes but they start with the intangible renewal of the unseen spirit.

Losing is a viable option — losing the determination to do things your way and on your own terms and experiencing the same results. Gaining a whole new way of living and thinking is also a viable option — and one that has benefits you have yet to encounter.
This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imagine—
these are the many things God has in store for all his lovers. 1 Corinthians 2:9 The Passion Translation
