“Grace to Start Over” – Taylor Madu

Grab a box of tissues before sitting down to listen to this chat — usually I just say a singular tissue, but not this time, Sweet Friend. In this intimate and transparent conversation among a few friends, you will definitely feel right at home. The tenderness of spirit and compassion of the heart will pull you in, because Jesus is at the center of the conversation. He is the ultimate definition of love, grace and forgiveness.

I walked away from this with a tear-streaked face because I could relate to the exchange of words, not in their exact details nor circumstances, but in experiencing the power of GOD and presence of GOD when I least expected it.

That’s what always seems to leave me breathless and jaw-dropped. The fact that there is no shame or blame when we come to Jesus. No matter how messy, chaotic, devastating or ridiculous your circumstances may appear, Jesus can step right in and begin to recreate. He doesn’t merely “make better” the existing problem — and He may choose to not immediately remove any of the circumstances. But Girl, it’s in His presence — that’s the game changing moment. That part.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV

And to know that as we willingly share our testimonies, others will also receive their healing as Jesus works through us. We continue to heal and become part of the process for those whose lives are impacted by GOD’s presence simply because we offer ourselves to be a willing vessel of hope. Hope that radiates through us. That’s Jesus shining.

Pull up a chair, perhaps call a friend to watch and listen alongside you. You can hit replay as many times as you like — I did more than once.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~

  1. Beautiful! The honesty and truth these women share is relatable, genuine. The cracked pot, crawling… (I needed napkins not tissues) Joyce Meyers book fell on my feet as I was browsing in the library. Last year! Before I started my journey with the Lord. Thanks for this mornings rise my caring friend. ❤️Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
