Has it been one of those weeks, Friend? Yeah, me too. Perhaps you were watching the days as many watch the clock, just hoping to slide into Friday just a little bit sooner. Because you knew that if you made it to Friday, you miraculously survived the days prior.
As I now have come to the hard realization that there are more years behind me than there are in front of me, I can yet testify to the goodness of GOD. Even in times when I thought that I could not go another day, take another step, face another encounter … GOD was always making sure that I was taken care of.
But in the heat of the fire … in the middle of the storm … I honestly did not always know how I was going to pull through. Emotions will do that. One moment you’re up, and in a heartbeat you’re down. So, our feelings are not reliable truth tellers.
But GOD …
He pulls back the veil to reveal the most extraordinary outcomes. He’s just that way.
