Are you believing GOD for something, Friend? That miracle … for that situation to turn around and remain restored … for that medical report that says it was all a mistake … for the remission to finally be realized … for that ache in your heart to be repaired … for that relationship to heal … for that person in your life to do the right thing … for that job to come through … for your finances to bounce back … for that prodigal to do that long awaited 180-degree turn …
Is Hope your only Friend? He’s the only Friend you can really count on. At the end of the day when everyone has gone home and closed their doors … He will still be with you … and He won’t tire of hearing how much you’re depending on Him.
He’s all Good, so you can rest assured that it will all be Good.
28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 ESV
Keep believing that GOD is for you ~ because He is. Hold on to the truth that He will never leave you ~ because He won’t. With every ounce of you, keep trusting Him to do the miraculous ~ because He’s known to do that. Pray for it. Wait for it. Watch for it. Expect it.
Trusting GOD sometimes requires us to silence the world around us to remain hyper-focused on Him. And that’s exactly where you should be. Put the world on pause ~ it’ll still be there.
I have found that to trust GOD also means to trust in His Timing ~ that’s not an easy pill to swallow. Living this side of Paradise we are beyond impatient. But when we say we trust the Lord, we also accept His Will for when and how things unfold.
Believe that He will make a way … but that way may not look anything like what you envision. So, be prepared to have Jesus blow your mind. He’s known to do that, too.
