This brief message from Lisa Harper, brought tears to my eyes. Perhaps it’s because I just needed to hear those words, “You’re GOD’s favorite.”
Some of us have had past experiences that we would rather not revisit, remember, think about, or even associate with who we are today. Many of us have lived through the trauma and drama of being led to feel devalued, dismissed, overlooked, forgotten, abandoned, degraded, less than, unloved, unwanted, discarded … I’m sure you can think of a few more adjectives to add to this list.
Come and hear what GOD has declared over you from the very start. Hit replay as often as you like. Let the truth of GOD’s Word sink in deep and overwhelm your soul. Because truth of the matter is, nothing can cause Him to love you any less than you are loved at this moment. He can’t take His eyes off of you, dear Friend.
You may be struggling with rough days, weeks, months, years. It could very well be that you’ve been living through the hardest season you’ve ever known. I want to tell you that regardless of what those ever-changing circumstances may look like, you are always going to remain GOD’s favorite. And He will never stop caring for you ~ He’s got you, Girlfriend.
Drop your load for a moment, listen to what gems are in this message. You will walk away rethinking your worth. Your day just may go a bit better because your faith has increased. A smile may surface and the trajectory of your day could be aimed just a little bit higher.
