I love this rendition performed by these children. How fitting it is for young ones to worshipfully sing this song about the Baby that came for them as one of them.
This is a well celebrated time of year for most of the world. But we need to take heed as to not get lost in all the busyness and activities that could distract us from the true meaning of the Season.
The sacrifice did not begin at the Cross; it actually began at the manger and unfolded for the following thirty~three years. The culmination of GOD’s Plan unfolded at Calvary but opened up the gates to Heaven with those who would go out into the world that rejected Him.
The Son of Mary. How humble a beginning He had. It’s something for us to reckon with when we complain about the things we don’t have. And with what little He had on this earth that He created, He gave all He had ~ Himself ~ for those who inhabit it.
May your heart be tender when you sing this song with the children.
