11 for it is written,
“As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,
and every tongue shall confess to God.” Isaiah 45:23 ESV
I was just sitting here, in the quiet corner of my private space, thinking about this very thing ~ that there will come a magnificent day when all of creation will bow and acknowledge that Jesus is Lord of all.
This craziness that we see spinning around us is the battlefield to persuade those who are not yet convinced that Jesus is Lord, to go off and figure out life on their own and simply do their own thing.
Those of us who have been there know better. We desperately want you to grab hold of the truth so that you can also know better. Stop and just consider this: you’re still stuck. You’ve tried a multitude of ways and gimmicks, bought the self-help books, sought after some of the best-selling promises on the market to make your situation anything than what it is right now. But you’re still sitting in the same spot. Not one micrometer beyond your pit.
Do you wonder why you keep running into people who are trying to help you see that you do not possess the answer? You are not your own answer. Let us take you to your answer. His name is Jesus.
The saving love of GOD is not to be ignored, and there is no guarantee that we will be given a tomorrow with which to change our minds. Today, the Scriptures say, is the day of salvation. Which way have you chosen, Friend?
8 The grass withers, the flower fades,
but the word of our God will stand forever. Isaiah 40:8 ESV
