I ask you, Friend, “Do you want to be healed?” Perhaps this is the day the journey to healing begins for you. It starts with admission. You cannot fix what you do not acknowledge.
As the title of this podcast denotes, this conversation deals with hurt. However, it goes beyond the acknowledgement of having been hurt. It deals with the uncovering, calling out, and asking GOD to heal that hurt. That wound must be uncovered.
We’ve all experienced hurt. Some of us have reached out for help to deal with that hurt. Many of us have lived with the hurt for far too long, without ever addressing it. And some of us have sought help but from worldly sources that did not provide lasting healing. However we have managed to hide and cover up what lies beneath our calm exterior, is a raging storm within that will do much internal damage if we continue to conceal and pretend does not exist.
This very transparent conversation among friends is one that is worth hitting the replay a handful of times, just so you can capture the biblical directives that are shared here. That is where true healing is found. And more than that, there is renewal, restoration, and a refreshing outlook on life.
Come join me for a break in your day. I highly recommend that you listen to the entire podcast all the way through from start to finish because you will experience the true leading of the Holy Spirit in this conversation. There are some very important steps to take, but you will not be able to capture it in the right context if you break the flow.
Jehovah Rapha ~ GOD my Healer. He is your Healer. He heals body, mind, and spirit. He created you inside and out and is fully capable and willing to restore and renew the broken parts. Surrender is where that begins.
It is my prayer that you will be freed from the heaviness of guilt and shame, and experience the newness of life found in His loving care and continual presence.
I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~
