We both needed this sacred reminder today, Friend. Holy is the Lord and there is none like Him.
Did you have a difficult week? Was it one for the “let’s-pretend-it-never-happened” list? Are you nursing the wounds and bruises of the fallout? I get you.
And I want to tell you that the best way out of that pitiful thinking is to praise the Lord.
Now, I know you want to just turn off your device, but hear me out and hear this song. It’s not about us ~ it’s about Him.
Neither you nor I can do one thing to make things better, but He can. In fact, the plan is already in the works ~ you just can’t see it yet.
Praise Him in advance of receiving your answer. And I can almost guarantee that if the answer from GOD is not what you expected, it will be far better. Just wait on Him ~ it’s coming.
Pray for the ones who may have hurt you ~ that GOD would bless them (hold on!) with the holy revelation that they mistreated you; that their eyes may be open. And watch GOD turn things around …
Thank Him for the grace to be able to see and discern His unending care for you ~ you’ve known His presence never left. You’ve got a track record with the Lord.
There really is no one like Him. Faithful and true, trustworthy … and always on time.
Get up, Sister! We’ve got some praising to do!
