4 I went to the Lord for help.
He answered me and rescued me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4 GWT
I am convinced that you could take any one of these topics and in graphic detail write an entire chapter.
So, why not do exactly that? Journal it out in a private and sacred place. If you’re concerned about privacy, store it in a space that requires an encrypted login. However you choose to do it, just go for it. No edits. Just write.
If you’re not akin to writing, voice record it onto your phone. You may want to give details about where you are when you do this (the environment can make a difference).
However you choose to release, just make sure you make it a priority. For the sake of your health, sanity, and those in your tribe.
When you have it all out there, read it aloud in prayer to the Lord when you have your one~to~One time with Him. (If you don’t have a regular prayer time, you’ll be establishing one now.) Have your Bible at hand, as He may direct you to certain passages. Or you may notice that what you are presently reading or studying will dovetail your prayer.
Some of us just don’t take the time to get down to basics with speaking with the Lord about what is on our hearts. We are hindered by our own devices (I don’t mean electronics); we think the words have to be perfect and pretty, and sound churchy or Christianese. Stop!

GOD already knows what’s in your ❤️ , so just be present for the engagement. And I will add that simply because He already knows what is stored up in that brain of ours, doesn’t negate the need to meet up with Him. Relationships require showing up.
We all know that meaningful conversation is dialogue that goes both ways. Be prepared to listen more than you speak.
Let that sit with you for a bit.
My prayer is that you will develop a new and healthy habit that will cultivate the seeds of your soul and enable you to grow into the person you were designed to be: Daughter of the King.
There will come a time in your journey when you will look back on the faithfulness of GOD concerning the matters of your ❤️ . It is in these chronicled moments, documented in your own writing ~ or giving testimony with your own voice ~ that you will find the strength to trust Him for more and for those unforeseen days in your future.
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV
I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~
