Lift Your Spirit ~ “No Longer Slaves to Fear”

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV

In an era where some suffer from an identity crisis, the redeemed one in Christ can confidently proclaim, “I know who I am ~ because I know Whose I am!”

Sweet Friend, do you know who you are?

Perhaps circumstances or events in your life have left you feeling uncertain about your identity. Maybe the enemy of your soul has stolen your sense of self and confidence, and you’re experiencing a loss of who that precious one is in the mirror.

The Child of GOD knows exactly who she is ~ Daughter of the King. He Who spoke creation into existence says, “You are Mine.” You have a name that He has given you and specific gifts and talents that only you can use in the way that your extraordinary personality can use them to impact the world around you.

He Who has split your Red Sea so that you can walk right through it ~ He has done it over and over and over again. That’s why you’re still here reading this.

Fear caused Peter to sink and let the waters rise above his head when he took his eyes off Jesus while in the midst of the storm. It’s possible that this is a reminder to you that while in your stormy situation, keeping your eyes on Jesus will strengthen you to go through that and come out victorious.

If your recent days have left you questioning your sense of worth and value, know that your crown still sits upon your head. You are in need of this praise song to stand tall and straighten that crown. No one can take that from you.

Arise, Child, and say it loud and sing it proud, “I am a Child of GOD!” And walk with your head up knowing you have nothing to fear. He is with you.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~
