Those words penned by Theodore Roosevelt are encouraging and motivating. They are strong and resonate with passion.
While I admire the intent and fervor of Mr. Roosevelt during an era when the United States was in turmoil (that part has only morphed to current times) and yet developing, the word of GOD remains from the moment He spoke creation into existence.
Words that are more life impactful and transforming are found in Scripture ~ spoken with authority, can never be challenged, and remain no matter the climate or cultural shift.
GOD Almighty desires of His Daughter to live with strength and dignity to keep going until her race is finished. It’s no secret that she will encounter failure (by the world’s standards), and she will no doubt have those experiences throughout her lifetime. But she keeps going, not because she has something to prove, but because she is called and chosen.
It is Who and what keeps her going that makes her different and unique. The redeemed Child of GOD has the Holy Spirit power to move those mountains that He says to move. She is empowered to speak life into the faces and places of those who are placed in her care and along her journey.
6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

The Daughter of the King does not allow the judgmental words of the world to limit her capacity or cause her to shrink ~ she freely extends her arms and stretches to touch all within her reach because she knows that is her calling.
The fierce and fearless fighting words that will speak life into you this day, Sweet Friend, are found in the eternal word of GOD. Let your determination and tenacity to keep moving forward rise from a place of undaunted faith and courage freely given in Christ.
