“Lift Your Spirit”

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31 ESV

Be blessed, Sweet Friend … I know you will be after this …

This song went live right before we went into quarantine as a country. This particular rendition of the Global Choir was released after we had all been ‘sheltered in place‘ for a few months. And every time I listen and watch the Elevation Worship Team sing this, I weep. My soul just floods with such an overflow of gratitude for my GOD.

There are a lot of adjectives to describe this season of ‘shelter in place,’ ‘quarantine,’ whatever set of words you wish to relate to — they are yours. Your circumstances are equally uniquely yours, from the onset through the moment you started reading this.

It is my hope that after you listen to this worshipful song, you will remember the key message here: “He is for you.” No matter what you’ve gone through or what your situation is at this very moment, GOD is for you.

If this is your first experience with this song and this team, I am sure you will be Blessed.

Get the tissue box ready, Sister … this has the tendency to reach down deep into your soul …

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~

*Thank you to Pastor Steven Furtick and Elevation Worship for this.

  1. God is for me!!! And He is for you!!!

“Okay, Linda, I will watch this but I am not in a particularly emotional mood right now, so I won’t be shedding a tear and won’t bother with a tissue.”

……And here I sit with my well-used Kleenex and ruined eye makeup, my soul uplifted by this amazing choir and their BEAUTIFUL message from all over the world. Thank you for this.❤️

  2. Jackie: I am glad that you had some tissue at hand (anyway). Most especially, I’m happy to hear that this worship moment resonated with you as it certainly did with me.
    Be BLESSED, Girlfriend! (((HUGS)))
