“Thankful Thursday”

Good … Faithful … Enduring. I am overwhelmed by these character traits of the One Who loves me beyond my wildest imagination.

How can I not be thankful for all of this? But I tend to think that this Scripture verse is here as a reminder that even though we experience the goodness and the faithfulness and the unconditional love — we are to give thanks to the Giver.

Because quite honestly, we don’t — not enough. We go on our merry way, day-to-day, living in the light of His Love towards us, yet, do we take the time to intentionally praise Him from our hearts?

And did you catch the phrase: ‘love endures forever?’ That’s a sober reminder that while we rush out the door, we must be mindful to intentionally thank Him for His non-stop love towards us — no matter what we do.

  • Describe one thing in the comments below for which you are thankful that God’s love endures forever. Giving details will help us be thankful with you.

Lord GOD, You continue to love on us even when we forget to remember that our very breath comes from you. Help us to see you in the small things of life. Cause us to look at all you have done for us. And in your Grace, enable us to help others see Your Faithfulness endures forever. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~

  1. God’s blessings overflow in my life. God blessed me with a wonderful husband who married me thinking that I would not live beyond 30, a misdiagnosis. Through many trials and blessings, we have walked these 49 years together. Sickness has plagued my life. This November marks the 10th anniversary of God’s miraculous healing of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. There is no cure for fibromyalgia, and my doctor declared it a miracle. Praise the Lord! God is good. His love endures forever!
