Hard to believe that we’ve come into this room still cautious about the air we ‘breathe.’ But that’s the world we are presently living in, Friend. ‘Breathing’ isn’t as uncomplicated as we’ve known it to be.
Ironically, if you breathe ‘correctly,’ your body responds well. Controlled and conscious inhalation and exhalation will enable you to relax, think with increased clarity and lower your blood pressure.
Somethings we used to take for granted. I say that in the past tense because the simple things aren’t anymore.
Strange how it took dramatic changes in daily living to get our attention. To draw our spiritual eyes and ears to what really matters most — the air we breathe, the food we eat — the Lord GOD Himself is the very essence of what we need to survive. His Spoken Word fills us with the strength to fulfill His Will.
Question is: “Are we seeking that deep communion — that relationship with Him where there is nothing else that satisfies?”
I invite you, Friend, to take a moment and savor the breath that you now take. Your Creator gave you the means for you to receive it with no effort on your part. Your brain orchestrated all the internal organs and systems to deliver that breath to you. He is working within you even when you don’t realize it.
I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~
