Lift Your Spirit

By the power of the Holy Spirit — that’s how we are able to rise up every morning and face a new day. And sometimes, that’s the only way we’re going to get this tired body out of bed to confront the world’s challenges.

There are days … and then there are days! Regardless of what your present season looks like, we all need a refreshing of our spirit and that can only be satisfied by the Holy Spirit.

Once we wrap our brain around that fact, we don’t have to fret about the details.

It was by might and power of the Holy Spirit that led the Israelites out of captivity. That same power is available today to cover over your situation. GOD Almighty can breathe across your battle, mountain, valley, giant, trauma, drama, frustration … all of that and more.

So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. Zechariah 4:6 NIV

What do you need from the Lord today, Friend? Have you been struggling with something that just doesn’t seem to have resolve? No matter how hard you’ve tried to fix it, all the different approaches you’ve taken — nothing seems to satisfy the need. I know the One Who is able to turn it all around for you.

Just step back, Sister, and stand in awe of the Presence of GOD. If you are his Child, you have every privilege to approach the throne of Grace and call upon Him Who is able to redeem anything and everything.

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. Romans 8:11 NIV

Go on, Friend, release it upward and you will have a front row center seat to amazing things.
