Needed this today. Walking around in a slump and just couldn’t get out of the starting gate. Anyone else?
I’ve often heard, and from the best of friends, when in a dump get up and praise. I don’t know about you, but counterintuitive seems like a soft description of how I feel about that prescription for the woes. And yet …
When I do … it changes everything.
I’m sure you can think of a few things to put on that gratitude list. And just maybe those few will trigger a few more … that will remind you of a few more … No sooner said than done, you’re in a full on one-to-One praise and worship session that you didn’t see coming.
I invite you to just get up on your feet and raise those arms, lift your eyes to the skies, stomp your feet and sing at the top of your lungs …
As you thank God. For the good and not so good times. For the times He showed up and in the times that we are told to continue waiting. For His faithfulness and trustworthiness. For His never-ending love towards us.
I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~
