A track-record with the Lord … do you have one to speak of, Friend?
Let me move in close across this table here and tell you that there’s comfort in knowing the faithfulness of GOD. When things are calling upon you from all directions and you feel the ground beneath your feet starting to shake, your breathing becomes irregular and your heartbeat races … that’s the exact moment you can flashback to the certainty of the Father.
HE is faithful.
HE is trustworthy.
HE will come through for you.
HE. LOVES. YOU.
Whatever your situation, in this present moment … right here … in this breath … He is for you.
I’m well acquainted with that awful feeling when you don’t know what to do. And that fear that grips your insides wondering if you’re making the right decisions. Shaking knees and trembling hands. Holding your breath because you’re not sure of the outcome. Been there many times.
But I’m also here to tell you that it is in those precise moments that you can call on the King of Kings to be there with you and to see you through it. The process may be ugly and messy. You may have to undergo things that you would not have chosen otherwise. Things may not smooth out immediately — you may have to wait for a turn around.
But GOD.
HE is consistent. HE will never leave you nor forsake you. HE will never disappoint you.
Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. Lamentations 3:23 NLT
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:23 ESV
Keep in mind that the Lord your God is the only God. He is a faithful God, who keeps his promise and is merciful to thousands of generations of those who love him and obey his commands. Deuteronomy 7:9 GWT
