Lift Your Spirit

How you wake up in the morning will largely determine how the rest of that day will unfold. If we rise with a bright outlook and a reason for living, there’s a good possibility that no matter how circumstances come rolling in, you’ll be able to stand just a little bit firmer on that ground. We can dig our toes and heels into the soil with confidence and meet that day with Power that is not of our own doing.

The calendar and agenda may have been crafted days, weeks, months ago. But we all know that all of that is subject to change. What lies on our horizon can reveal an entirely different landscape when we actually step into that day. That desktop planner is still in the shadows until we turn on the lamp above it.

So, reach for the Light and let it in, Sister.

As you draw back the drapes and unlatch the windows, invite the Light of the World to cancel out fear, anxiety, worry of what will rise out of your day. All the things — that could steal your joy and peace. Because the Light that shines upon you, Sweet Friend, shines within you.
