Everything happens for a reason and with a purpose. I’m one of those that does not believe in coincidences. So, as I ‘stumbled’ upon this video podcast by one of my fave women of faith, I realized its timeliness and its message to my exhausted self.
It’s the third quarter (of the year), but I’m feeling like I’ve almost lived through to the end of the fourth quarter of the game and I’m nearing the point of going into over time to get it ‘all’ done. Can you relate?
It’s two months to Christmas, folks … how’s that for a reality check?!
The content encapsulated within this tiny video (honestly, Chrystal, I could’ve gone all night listening to you speak) filled my mind, renewed my spirit with hope and gave me the courage to do as the Word says, “Sabbath was made for man, not the other way around.”
Grab a cup of your fave hot something, maybe a biscotti or scone with it, and join us as we feast on the wisdom found in the important “s” words for our self-care. After all, we are called to be diligent caretakers of the temple of the Holy Spirit.
This gave me confidence to inhale the sweetness of knowing how much GOD values me so I can exhale the joy and calm found in the rest that only He could give.
