“What If I Can’t Do This?” – Therapy And Theology

God sees. God hears. God knows.

When I first came into a relationship with Jesus Christ, I was blown away by the fact that He is such a personal GOD. Somewhere along my early years, I had erroneously accepted the thought that GOD was far too busy to even look in my direction. Many of us live our lives out with this mindset and deny ourselves the opportunity to live in the light of His Love and with real joy.

Believing the lie that we are not worthy of GOD’s Love keeps us from experiencing a closeness with Him. The roadblock to real joy and peace is erected from wrong way thinking. He is a compassionate GOD and wants us to draw near to Him and get to know Him on a personal level because He first loved us.

This brief conversation is a gentle reminder of a few Biblical facts that can serve as affirmations of who we are in Christ. That we are valuable. There is a divine purpose for our lives. We were created on purpose for a purpose. And that the entire journey is never walked alone. He walks it with you. He walks it with me.

There are days when we just feel so overwhelmed at what is on our platter of life’s circumstances. Perhaps today is one of those days. I don’t know what you’re going through right now, but Jesus does and He cares — intimately cares for you. Please receive that, Friend.

Pull up a seat at the table and embrace this conversation. Hope is not wishful thinking that things will change. Hope has a Name: Jesus. And it is He who can make things change.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~

  2. I can relate to that woman, feeling so alone in her bed. I did not find Jesus at that time. I was drowning in sorrow. “Thy Will Be Done.” I can pray for that today and everyday. ❤️Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
