Featured: “Mission Paulsible” with Jason David

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27 ESV

It’s no secret – the shift is about to happen – Back-to-School Season is upon us. Parents are joyful, some kids are moping. Teachers are anxious. The freeways and highways and about to get jammed with that flow of traffic in that direction. School buses will be lining the streets. Crossing guards will be blowing their whistles and waving their signs. Backpacks are filling up. Uniforms, laptops, tablets, shoes, notebooks, lunch meals … it’s like watching a tsunami in slow motion.

Maybe that’s because I can now watch it from the bleachers instead of from the carpool lane.

The focus on wanting to be the right kid, in the right place, at the right time, in the right seat, wearing the right clothes and accepted by the right peers. When I was that kid, it was compounded by praying that the teacher wouldn’t mispronounce my last name while calling the roll out loud. UGH! That was the wrong kind of attention to get on the first day of school. Perhaps you can relate in some awkward way.

That awkwardness has a strange way of following us like an unwanted shadow through those early years. And if we’re not in the company of people who care enough to pray for us and over us, we’re bound to take a few (thousand) hits along the journey of life and make a ton of bad decisions.

Then suddenly there we are … an adult with a huge void … the one that ONLY GOD can fill (only we don’t know it). Until that happens, there is no peace. And our world tilts on a weird axis as we stumble looking in all the wrong places. Peace has a Name: Jesus. He has the ability to resettle (if you will) our world and put us on the right track.

Come and listen to this extraordinary sermon by Jason David. He’s got a phenomenal gift of communication that could only be GOD ordained and scripted in Heaven (jus’ sayin’). He and his equally talented wife, Aly, are the developers and stewards of a ministry that I wholeheartedly encourage you to grab for your kids, grandkids, and for yourself. Yes, adults need a youthful booster shot, too. The ministry is called: myTribe.watch. A complete Christian-based curriculum to help bring Jesus into a child’s learning space that will capture, stimulate and bring the lessons of the Bible to life in an age appropriate manner and will be remembered throughout their lives.

I support this prayerfully and invested in a subscription for my grandchild. I highly recommend this. Click the video and check it out. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~

  1. Oh that’s so good! The need to feel loved, fitting in, is strong, especially when we are children. Such a great message Jason gave on Sunday. ❤️ Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
