Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:

I’ve heard it say that one of our greatest weapons of warfare is praise. So, let this one sink in, Friend.
It’s likely that you may have experienced moments when you found yourself in the middle of a battlefield that no one else could see – but you knew that you were there and fully aware that you needed to grab whatever was readily available.
In the heat of the moment and in desperation, sometimes the words just don’t seem to come together and you feel paralyzed by thoughts and emotions that are running wild and high.
And for many of us, reciting a Bible verse doesn’t always flow out easily. We’re still working on that memorization part of our Christian walk.
But if you can remember even part of a praise song (which usually is constructed straight from Scripture), you can wield that like a sword and sing on to victory. The words you raise will lift up the Name of King Jesus and remind you that while your circumstances may still be there, your spirit will align with His and change the trajectory of your situation.
Because Scripture is truth, you will be singing divine power into your space. GOD’s Word never returns void, so pierce that heaviness with the Light of lights and wait with expectation that He is near and is already working on your behalf.
It’s just a matter of time, Sweet Friend … so just keep raising praise until you experience that breakthrough … it’s on its way.
