“Answers”

Sometimes I wake up to instantaneous Answers to prayer. Funny how God does that!

I have come to embrace the fact that God Almighty is The Eternal One ~~ He is the Beginning and the End, The Alpha and The Omega. So whenever I worry (yes, that does occasionally happen), I try to remember that “God’s got this!” Whatever my worry or concern may be ~~ because He has already been there.

This morning I arose with the gladness that a three-day weekend was about to unfold, but that I still had the assignment to complete today. And honestly speaking, it’s been a challenging past few days.

Anyone else out there have one of those weeks? Let me hear ya, Girlfriend, so I know that I’m not alone.

But the sweetness in all this “messy stuff” is that it’s small stuff to my Big God. And for the teeny part I have in it, He has groomed me and trained me for the course ~~ I have been equipped from former years of trials and circumstances and people.

The Scripture verse I set my eyes on at my devotional time with Jesus was nothing short of on point for what my current “project” had been for the recent two and a half months. Again, who can argue with God’s Timing?

He knew my prayer before I whispered it at breakfast. He knows how my day will unfold and reveal itself to me. He knows when I will be challenged the most and when I will feel victorious. He knows when I will be silently praying for strength and wisdom.

Answers.

He has already provided them. I need only ask and follow through with His Wisdom and directives.

Sister, if you’re diligently seeking God for Answers this beautiful day, be sure you are looking and listening for them. Remain close enough to your Lord to “keep the conversation going” throughout the day. Yes, pray without ceasing. But praise Him before the Answers ~~ confidently trusting Him for the perfect Answer and the perfect Time. Believe me, it’s a faith-builder-upper.

Then go ahead and shout when He provides the Answer ~~ knowing that even if it isn’t “your” selected answer, it is His Answer for you.
