“Lift Your Spirit”

I will bless the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. Psalms 34:1 CSB

Someone out there needs to hear this:

Sister, this one’s for you — turn up the volume, put on your dancin’ shoes, throw your arms up and lift your voice to Heaven! We’re all there with you — go on — if you have to put on your headphones, go for it. I got mine on … let’s go now …

In spite of all that we’ve been through … this week, this month, these recent months, this year … there is no better time to raise some PRAISE to the One Who loves us sooo much that we can sing in the middle of any storm.

I don’t know what storms you’ve had to weather this season — and I won’t ever discount the pain and anguish you’ve experienced. Your tears are saved in a bottle, Sweet Friend, by the only One who could. GOD has always been there — sometimes the hurt is so deep that we question His Presence. And He knows that — He can handle all of it.

I find that when nothing makes sense … when things seem so foggy that you don’t know where your steps are landing, it helps to clear the view by clearing the heart.

So get up, Sister, wave that banner of faith and SING at the top of your lungs … through the tears … sing a little louder … let us hear ya!

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~
