I remember one of the first times I experienced singing this song in church. I balled. And I couldn’t stop.
That’s me when it comes to lyrics that seem to reach down deep into those places where no one is allowed entry. The one singing will enhance the experience, but it is still yet the lyrics that will melt my heart and set my spirit ablaze.
It is my prayer today, Sister, that you will join me in remembering that it’s GOD’s Breath in our lungs that’s pouring out the praise to Him. Only the Holy Spirit can move and empower us to do this — the flesh is powerless in this realm.
Sing in one accord and let all creation rise up with you as you give Him your all because GREAT ARE YOU LORD!
