There are times when we just need someone with skin to come alongside of us to help us remember that GOD never fails. And while it might seem like a no-brainer, when we’re in the midst of a storm or drowning in a sea of wayward thoughts, we really do need to hear GOD’s Promises more than ever.
Your laws are perfect
and completely trustworthy. Psalm 119:138 NLT
So, do you have that friend who can help turn you around and point your view upward? Friends with skin that can speak truth into our space (and sometimes in our face) to bring us back to the simple truth that GOD is true to all His Promises — that’s a good friend. That’s someone who genuinely cares about the whole you, the complete you.
Let this song minister to your heart and soul and whisper memories of remembrance of times in the not-so-distant-past when GOD showed up. Because that’s what He does.
