Trust in the Lord always,
for the Lord God is the eternal Rock. Isaiah 26:4 NLT
It’s no secret that we have no control over the circumstances that surround us. For millions of people right now, the weather is a foreboding situation that threatens life — and there’s very little that can be done aside from keeping safe, securing resources and praying.
Maybe you’re in a season of great decision and facing some really tough choices. Safe to say that most of us like the predictable and familiar. If we could write the life script, we’d pen events that would have smooth roads and the wind at our back.
You may be in place that is upside down and inside out and you want out. The chaos of a tumultuous relationship, whether it be in the workplace, in the home or in your local church — it’s destroying what little peace you had and you are feeling like you want to bust at the seams.
We need to come to the One Who is here in our every up and down and all around life situations. Yes, GOD cares about whatever you are going through at this very moment.
If you think that you’ve ‘got it all under control,’ you will soon be disappointed. Anything other than GOD Himself doesn’t have the power to sustain you or meet your needs. And that’s a guarantee.
I want to encourage all of us to pause and during the next thirty seconds, imagine that we are literally placing the cares of life — no mater how traumatic or serious it seems — into His Hands.
“Father, GOD, I thank you for the privilege of coming directly to You with (name it): _____________________________________________________________________. You know the sleepless nights and worrisome days I have had over this. I admit that I can’t move it, change it or make it disappear. But You, O GOD, can do mighty things beyond my imagination. So, I confidently come to You, trusting Your wisdom to handle all of it. Every bit of it — all the details and people involved (name them): _____________________________________________________________________ — and have Your Way with it. My hope is in You, Lord. Your Will be done. By the power of the Holy Spirit and in the Name of Jesus, AMEN.”

5 If any of you needs wisdom to know what you should do, you should ask God, and he will give it to you. God is generous to everyone and doesn’t find fault with them. 6 When you ask for something, don’t have any doubts. A person who has doubts is like a wave that is blown by the wind and tossed by the sea. James 1:5-6 GWT
7″Ask and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek and keep on seeking and you will find; knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 Amplified
5
Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart
And do not rely on your own insight or understanding.
6
In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him,
And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]. Proverbs 3:5-6 Amplified
Then step back and let Him have His way, Sweet Friend. He’s going to blow your mind.
I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~
