Lift Your Spirit ~ “I Thank GOD”

So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law. Galatians 5:1 NLT

always giving thanks to God the Father for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; Ephesians 5:20 Amplified

I thank God for his gift that words cannot describe. 2 Corinthians 9:15 GWT

How was your week, Friend? Was it one for the memoirs, or was it one you’d rather forget even happened?

If you could use a lift, take this as a cue to enter into a worshipful praise moment ~ to lift your spirit and send you into a better mindset.

I know it may not feel like the thing you want to do in this exact moment, but sulking in your mood or emotion will not change anything. Sometimes we have to pull up our Big Girl overalls and strap on our Boots and decide to get moving … anyways!

It’s a hard fact of life that we have some bad days … I know as well as you do. And goodness, it certainly feels as though we can count more bad days, right?

But let me whisper loudly into your space, “Choose to have a better day in the face of opposition, and watch GOD do the work.” You do have free will to choose.

And I will go so far as to add that praising before the breakthrough will get you to the other side of whatever you’re going through, because you’re already giving the glory to the One that’s walking you through!

If the enemy of your soul has you looking down at the ground, don’t let him steal your joy, Girl, look up and thank GOD that you woke up this morning!

C’mon now, it’s time to rise and shine that light … then repeat as needed!

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~
