“Influence”

For if you remain silent at this time, liberation and rescue will arise for the Jews from another place, and you and your father’s house will perish [since you did not help when you had the chance]. And who knows whether you have attained royalty for such a time as this [and for this very purpose]?”

Esther 4:14 AMP

Using one’s influence for the sake of others, for the sake of the Gospel — we were meant to use this to glorify GOD. For only GOD would call us, fill us, transform us — into useful vessels of His Purpose. It is at this moment in our lives, when we come to the realization that such skills and talents and gifts were placed within us — given by the GOD Who carved and designed us, to carry out His Purpose and Perfect Will through us. And in so doing, we receive Blessings that we could have never imagined!

Oh, that I would be so obedient so much more! And not for the fulfillment of my own selfish gain, but that GOD would receive full glory for His Name.

He calls us — each one of us — in the pains and sorrows that awaken us and seemingly plague us. That we might allow Him to transform us daily into the useful vessel — willing to be poured out. Am I willing to be poured out?

To be poured out wine for the sake of others?

This is what Esther surrendered to — the call to be poured out wine. Crushed and poured out for the sake of her people — GOD’S People. Am I willing to TRUST the Living and True GOD with my life — and give Him permission to do with me as He pleases? To crush and squeeze me — the very life out of me — to give me a FULL LIFE — that is fully surrendered to Him? Not knowing the outcome — no details but all faith. Pure and uncensored faith in knowing He will do whatever necessary to bring about the change in others while changing me?

Am I willing to BE that for others?

Those are my thoughts as a Titus 2 Woman of GOD — am I absolutely sold out and GIVEN to the One Who has given me abundant Life — to turn and give out in unlimited measure to the ones coming up behind me?

Am I living out my GOD-given influence to benefit the ones still yet to wrap her heart around her Savior? Am I doing all that I can so that she may know her GOD stands with open arms to receive her — tears, pain, heartaches, brokenness, fractured relationships, disappointments — all of it — the real influential life is poured out and it draws others in.

That, Girlfriend, is a life well-lived and time well-spent.

May we be that for someone else.

Behold, she walks silently and is coming up behind you.

I love you to Heaven and Back, Sister,
