“Let God Shed Some Light On The Matter.”

Now that it’s truly ‘dark’ outside after 5:00pm, it’s necessary for us to turn on the exterior lights whenever we step outside for a few moments.

I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve erroneously thought that a few seconds in a dark garage couldn’t be or shouldn’t be a major issue ~~ after all, I’ve memorized where everything is ~~ I know exactly what I’m going for and precisely where it is ~~ or, should be.  And of course, no sooner said than done, things not only go ‘thump’ in the dark, they go BANG! OUCH! BOOM!
Anyone else out there been in that ‘dark spot?’

Just when you’re ‘confidently strolling along,’ you’ve got it all wrapped up, and BAM! An unforeseen and unexpected ‘something’ throws you off course.

“How could is be? I’ve been down this path before; I’m no stranger here.  And yet, here I am trying to make sense of this ‘delay/detour.”

Girlfriend, sometimes we get caught up in our own little world ~~ going along our merry way ~~ we skip a day or two or three of Father & Daughter Time ~~ Father GOD, that is.  Morning Devotionals are like having breakfast ~~ can’t get through much of the day very well if you skip out!

GOD’s Word declares that it will ‘light our path.’ But in order to have that illumination we have to ‘let the light in.’ How do we do that?

PRAY. READ. STUDY.

Prayer is our Fellowship Time with The Lord. We have the unspeakable joy to commune with Him and express the very intimate details of our heart.

Reading His Word fills our mind and souls with His Love for us. We can see for ourselves how GOD desires to tell us and reminds us that blessings await those who seek Him.

Studying His Word gives us the Wisdom that we need to live out each day fully and victoriously. We come to a better understanding of His Perfect Will and Purpose for us.

Tired of stumbling in the dark? Come into the light, Girlfriend, and walk in it!

I love you to Heaven and Back, Girlfriend ~~
